The event is being held at the LA Quinta Inns & Suites, which is located near the three hotels clustered on the Google map below. People might want to stay in other places, like the River Walk or such. The hotels are well-priced IMHO. Springhill is the nicest and farthest but we can shuttle or pick folks up there and I’m pretty sure they have airport shuttle. 3 other hotels within walking distance: The Day’s Inn has [currently as of October 2] very good rates [$47.99/night plus tax] and one of our members vouches for it’s quality.
