taker has been assigned to this level if they identified themselves as
"not a manager".
Level 1—pre-management: You have
been assigned to this level if you identified yourself as "not a
manager".
Level 2—supervisory management
level: You have been assigned to this level if you selected it or if you
are at the first level of management in any organization.
Level 3—mid management level:
You have been assigned to this level if you selected it, if your
position is three levels below top management in a small organization,
or four levels below top management in a large organization.
Level 4—upper management level:
You have been assigned to this level if you selected it, if your
position is two levels below top management in a small organization, or
three levels below top management in a large organization.
Level 5—senior management level:
You have been assigned to this level if you selected it or if your
position is one level below top management in a small organization.
Level 6—top management level
(small): You have been assigned to this level if you are a top manager
in smaller organizations or a senior level manager in a large
organization.
Level 7—top management level
(large): You have been assigned to this level if you are a top manager
in a large organization.
