Program 1:

Leadership Behavior Modeling Design [LBMD]
Virtual Lecture Series on the following dates at 8:30 pm ET:

Introduction: January 16 and 20, 2014 (FREE)
CAPABILITY Feb 3-6, 2014,
BIAS: Mar 3-6, 2014
STYLE: Apr 7-10, 2014,
LEVEL: May 5-8, 2014
ROLE: June 2-5, 2014
VALUES: Sept 8-11, 2014
SYSTEMS: Oct 6-9, 2014
REVIEW: Nov 3-6, 2014
Retreat:  Dec 5, 6, 7, 2014 [Location TBA]

Each of the topics (excluding retreat) will be four consecutive evenings, one hour in length w/Q&A

COACH2 The Bottom Line – Executive: (15 Year Update @F-L-O-W) – Overview of Modules

We will meet the first Monday of each month beginning February 3rd at 7:30 PM ET.  Each meeting we will cover one of the modules and how it will fit into Living @F-L-O-W.

You will be given examples of how you can apply the Coach2 model to enhance your communication skills.

Each of the COACH2 class sessions will be 1 hour, using a proven training format where introduction of the material will be followed by a demonstration coaching and feedback session.

All registrants receive access to recordings.

PROGRAM 3:

Coaching by Email: A Discussion

An Optional but separate (closed) discussion list with members for a year-long coaching discourse, giving each person, as a bonus, 4 in-person coaching sessions. The opportunity to develop a coaching process on the discussion to where Mike Jay introduces a coaching dialogue every two weeks to one month for the people to follow and potentially use with their clients.

Mike, a professional coach and developmentalist, will provide coaching insights into the business of coaching and the coaching process, as significant parts of the coaching process with clients involves exchanges other than face to face, or even audio sessions.
